become independent...
It had never been easy to accept new things, new responsibilities, new challenges especially the ones to which we have never been used. And that is why I guess most people keep on being dependent on others for everything because being dependent is a lot easier than becoming independent.
But as usual, there are always some people who are different from most, I don't know about everyone. But, from them about one person I can be sure and that is you. Thinking how can I be sure of it, then it's very simple because you are reading this page. It feels very good, that people like you want to become independent in their life.
Actually, it's an awesome mentality of getting free from others to help, till the time we are capable of helping ourselves.
Becoming independent is not difficult. All you need is the consistent practice of doing the things and somebody who can guide you through these learning times...
So, here your guide is me,
#6. Start doing your work yourself.
It's one of those things that will get you in the habit of doing your work by yourself. The first step into becoming independent.
Let's take it as we belong to a middle-class family. Where having a servant is not common at all, we may call someone who could come and cook food for us, or do some sort of household work. But, it's hard to afford a full-time maid. Isn't???
So, in such families usually the mother/father or the elder brother or sister used to cook food for us. In that case, if we help them a bit, then what's the problem??? Usually, it happens that they only cook food for everyone then get all the dishes and utensils washed then get along doing the household work. Doing all this is not an easy task. So, what we can do is just go and help them through their work not too much but a bit.
Or, more significantly we can at least do our own work. Like we could clean just our dishes. Make and clean our rooms, your doing these small things will make you more independent and on the other hand you will be helping your mother/sister.
#5 Earn some money...
Thinking how could you earn money??? You may be a teenager or maybe some grown-up or adult....any age you may belong, it doesn't matter the work that I am going to tell is almost all of us can do. And could easily earn money.
1. Teaching
If your concepts are clear and you think you could teach students then it's superb awesome. You could easily find students in your society or in your neighborhood to whom you can teach for about an hour and earn easily. For this, you just need to go and ask their parents if they need some tutoring. If they say yes then take the opportunity.
And if you're an adult or experienced person having good knowledge then you may teach them in more numbers and in multiple batches.
2. Blogging
This is quite easy and patient work. I will only recommend this one if you're good at writing and love to share your things with the rest of the world. So, if you are good at writing then you could easily try a free blogging platform, where you could show ads on your site and get paid for it. If you find it really interesting and good to write then you could host your own blogging site in the future and could earn more.
All you need is patience because earning in the blogs, in the beginning, is not too much. You will need to work hard on your site for at least 4 months to get a bit of significant earnings. And with time your earnings will keep on increasing.
3. Video making
It has become a very common thing these days. Now almost everyone makes videos. Especially for sites like YouTube. YouTube is a very common blogging site where you can monetize your channel. Show ads on it and earn money.
4. Becoming a caretaker
It's an easy job you just need to find someone who needs your help. Like if somebody has a baby and he or she remains busy and cannot find time to feed her baby or get to play with him then you may opt for that job. You could go for a fixed amount of time to that house and spend your time with that baby or child and do all the work that is specified to you.
Like this, many jobs are easily found.
If your earning is not too much then at least you are becoming more independent if not fully then still you are trying, and believe me if you continue your work sincerely then it won't take long for you to become financially independent.
#4. Start helping others
Thinking of how helping others would help you become independent. It is very important, to help others.
Let's first talk about the benefits of helping people out:
1. Your effectiveness on people increases.
2. People are likely to respect you more than others and in return would always be ready to help you.
3. You will be creating your network among the people. Next, time if give advice to them regarding something then you have a better chance that they will listen to you and even follow you.
4. Your image among the people becomes of a good well-known person. And you should also try to be the best version of yourself. Should always help others.
Now, one thing you would have observed is the benefits of helping others very well and that is all you give is all you get. So if in the future you need someone's help then people will surely help you in becoming independent.
#3. Take help from others as little as possible
See,
Not taking help from others will get you a lot of help in becoming independent. When you need some help instead of taking help from others this time you will try to find how that particular work can be done unlike the previous times, this time you will learn new things also, and will even get one more step closer towards your becoming independent.
And as you start resisting the help of others you will continuously get to learn and become more productive and better.
#2. Divide your long and time-consuming work into small parts.
When you make the decision of which work to do in the beginning and then the rest, or which one is most important, or the one that is more important than others all this planning is the key to becoming independent. Planning and organizing things according to need and importance is actually taking our independent decisions.
But, keep in mind while making decisions that your decision should neither harness you nor others.
#1. Walk the other way, choose the better way
Thinking of what I mean by the other way, all I meant to say is "Always choose the correct way not the way everyone is choosing "
Most time it happens that whatever the crowd is doing people do the same. They used to copy each other. If the crowd says "Red" to blue then the person who knows that it's not red it's not red it's blue, also at last says it's red. Just to follow and be with the people.
So, copying others is not good at all. If you copy others then you will have to be dependent on others for your thoughts, your decisions, your traditions, and all because in that case, you will be following the people, so you will do the same as the rest are doing.
