Let the few things go away


There are too many hardships in the lives of people. Some people are sad, some are in stress, some are in anxiety, some in worry, some in pressure from their work.....and all and all..... This results in nothing else but problems and difficulties in life.

I know that I am not saying anything new. We all have faced it.....and many of us are still facing and many will face it. But most of us are not able to figure out the solution to them. 


But what if I say that by just letting a few things go, you can easily get yourself out, of even the worst problems and situations of life. 

" The only thing that differentiates a complex and difficult problem from an easy one, is how well you know your problem..." 

Yes, this is one of those turning points in the time, when a normal thing first changes into a problem then into a difficult problem, and then into hardship. And the only thing that made this normal thing into a hard-core hardship is your knowledge of your problems. 


So, I will talk about those precious ways through which you can easily get yourself out of the hardships...



1.


" Don't get yourself to think too much.....Spend your time on things you can change not one the things you can't "


It's one of those things that we do most. We used to worry about those things mostly that we can't change, even if we know that we can't make any difference in the results coming......

Let's take a simple example, be it a student who had just taken his exams now the result has to come after a week. Now,  what that student does is he keeps on worrying about how will be his exam report, how much Mark's he will get, and many other things.
For this he used to pray from God and do many more things...and he knows it well that he will get Mark's only of what he has written. You may think that he is still a naive small boy who doesn't have too much sense. 

But, 
To surprise this is a common problem in 60% of human beings and also the reason for more than 50% of stress. People are stressed more about those things that they can not change than those things that they can change. 

The only solution to this is,  that you must keep your calm and and think only of those things in you can still do it better...



2.


"Forgiving people who have 
wronged us hurt us, or embarrassed us is not easy at all. In fact, it nearly seems impossible to us. But you must forgive them not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve the peace..." 



Yeah,  it's another thing to which we are usually stuck. If sometimes someone does something wrong to us we use to make a perception of taking revenge on that person at least if not the revenge, but then also we use to think that something bad should happen to that person so that he also suffers the problem. 

You might not know how easy and light you will feel when you are out of that inconvenience thought. 

So, today just decide, from how many people you are angry with and had a quarrel or something or you are not talking to.....I think you can understand about what things I am talking. Just forgive all of them, all those people and get yourself free from all the negative thoughts.
